R J C Munday is a Reader Emeritus in Law and a Fellow Emeritus of Peterhouse, University of Cambridge. He is also a Bencher of Lincoln's Inn. L S Sealy is S J Berwin Professor Emeritus of Corporate Law, University of Cambridge. He is also a barrister and solicitor (New Zealand). A M Tettenborn is Professor of Commercial Law at the Institute of International Shipping and Trade Law, Swansea University. He is also a Barrister of Lincoln's Inn. P G Turner is a Lecturer in Law and a Fellow of St Catharine's College, University of Cambridge.
