About the author: 

Ian Smith is a Barrister, former Clifford Chance Professor of Employment Law at the University of East Anglia and a former ACAS arbitrator. He is also General Editor of the practitioner text, Harvey on Industrial Relations and Employment Law (Lexis Nexis). ; Aaron Baker is Associate Professor (Reader) in Law at Durham University and has extensive experience as an employment trial lawyer.; Owen Warnock is Professor of Employment Law at the University of East Anglia and is also a Partner in the Human Resources Group of Eversheds Sutherland. He is a Contributing Editor to the practitioner text, Harvey on Industrial Relations and Employment Law (Lexis Nexis).
