For purchases over 10,000JPY excluding tax, or purchases of digital products or services, there is no shipping fee.
Shipping Method Your order will be shipped by parcel delivery service. For the purchase of digital products or services, necessary information for using the items ordered will be sent by email.

If the product you received is incorrect or damaged, you can return or exchange it for the correct one when a replacement is available. Please note that when a replacement is not available, you may return the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please contact us at shop@oupjapan.com and inform us that you wish to exchange an item quoting your Order Number within 5 business days of delivery. We will provide instructions on the exchange process.
Please note we will not accept exchange if we don’t receive a request for return in advance.

The refund process will start immediately after the item is received in our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to your credit card. Refund timing may vary depending on the credit card company.
Outage of Services Our services may be interrupted from time to time to carry out maintenance work. We will post scheduled outages in advance.
There may be unexpected outages due to failure of equipment, software or programs. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We will work to resolve the issue and explain causes as soon as our system is restored.
