| Refund | In case of cancellation we will refund the workshop fee by bank transfer for those who paid by bank transfer or to a credit card for those who paid online. If we receive notice of cancellation less than 7 days before the event a fee will be charged, as preparations for course delivery will have already begun: ・Up until 7 days in advance: no charge ・6 days - 1 day in advance: 50% of the course fee ・On the day of, or after the event: 100% of the course fee |
| Refund in case of cancellation of the course | In the event the course is cancelled because of weather, accident, strike action (e.g. transportation etc), riot, illness of the instructor, or failure for registration to meet the minimum number of participants (6) the full course fee will be refunded by bank transfer for those who paid by bank transfer or to a credit card for those who paid online. Please note if a substitute course is held, you will be able to participate in that substitute course without refund. |
