John McMullen is Partner and National Head of the Employment Law Group at Pinsents solicitors, and part-time Professor of Labour Law at the University of Leeds. He has written and lectured very widely upon employment law issues. His the author of several market-leading books, and in 2000 was appointed General Editor of OUP's Employment Law Practice Series.
