For digital products, the access code will be sent in the order confirmation email immediately upon purchase.

Shipping is free for purchases over 10,000JPY excluding tax, or purchases of digital products or services.

Your order will be shipped by parcel delivery service. For digital products or services, you will receive an email with the necessary information for using the items ordered.

We do not offer unattended delivery because our delivery service provider does not support this service. Please note that unattended delivery will not be made even if it is specified by the customer in the shipping address field.

We deliver within Japan only. We do not offer international delivery.
