We have received several inquiries about video streaming storybook readings to children using our products such as Oxford Reading Tree (ORT).

As long as you use and enjoy reading ORT and other products at your home or individually, there is no issue. However, if you upload or stream any video or audio of our copyright materials via the internet, it will infringe our copyrights. Therefore, please refrain from doing so.

Additionally, we have provided an explanation of our position regarding the treatment of copyrighted materials in the course of school lessons under new Article 35 of the Copyright Act in Japan. Please view the statement above.
