Aimee Zaas, MD, is Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases and International Health, at Duke University Medical Center. ; Deverick J. Anderson, MD, is Chair of the Antibiotic Evaluation Team and Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases, at Duke University Medical Center. ; Kimberly E. Hanson, MD, is Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases, at University of Utah School of Medicine. ; Elizabeth S. Dodds Ashley, PharmD, is Associate Director for Clinical Pharmacy Services and Infectious Diseases Pharmacist at University of Rochester Medical Center. ; Estee Torok trained in Infectious Diseases and Medical Microbiology in Oxford. Prior to this she was a Clinical Research Fellow based at the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit in Vietnam. ; Ed Moran is a registrar in Infectious Disease and General Medicine. He has worked as a physician in the UK and South Africa, and is currently based at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford ; Fiona Cooke trained in Medical Microbiology in London and Cambridge. She completed her PhD at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute.
