| Refund | In case of cancellation up to one week in advance we will refund the full course fee by bank transfer. If we receive notice of cancellation less than a week in advance a fee will be charged, as preparations for course delivery will have already begun: -7 days in advance: No charge -6 days - 1 day in advance: 50% of the course fee -On the day: 100% of the course fee |
| Refund in case of cancellation of the course | In the event the course is cancelled because of weather, accident, strike action (e.g. transportation etc), riot, illness of the instructor, or failure for registration to meet the minimum number of participants (x6) the full course fee will be refunded by bank transfer. Please note if a substitute course is held, you will be able to participate in that substitute course without refund. |
