Course fee 7,560 yen (after tax) per day
Payment Method Bank Transfer
*Upon receipt of your application, you will receive an email to confirm your place on the course and provide details for payment by bank transfer.
Payment due day  The course fee must be paid by the due date stated in the email confirming registration.
Out-of-pocket cost   -Participants shall be liable for the bank transfer fee
  -Participants shall be liable for transportation, accommodation or daily expenses such as meals relevant to attending this course.
*Any shipping fees for material associated with this course (e.g. certificates, where attained) are included in the course fee.
Cancellation To cancel your application, please email elt.japan@oup.com. For the refund policy, please see below. 
Refund In case of cancellation up to one week in advance we will refund the full course fee by bank transfer. If we receive notice of cancellation less than a week in advance a fee will be charged, as preparations for course delivery will have already begun:
  -7 days in advance: No charge
  -6 days - 1 day in advance: 50% of the course fee
  -On the day: 100% of the course fee
Refund in case of cancellation of the course In the event the course is cancelled because of weather, accident, strike action (e.g. transportation etc), riot, illness of the instructor, or failure for registration to meet the minimum number of participants (x6) the full course fee will be refunded by bank transfer.
Please note if a substitute course is held, you will be able to participate in that substitute course without refund.
