| Workshop fee | 10,000yen：regular price - participants who don’t have workshop materials 8,400yen：participants who already have either Oxford Phonics World Student Book 2 or 3 6,800yen：participants who already have both Oxford Phonics World Student Book 2 and 3 * Groups of three or more participants will get a discount of 1000yen off from single registration fees. * Participants who don't have workshop materials will receive them on the day. |

| Payment Method | Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB or American Express) Bank Transfer *Upon receipt of your application, you will receive an email to confirm your place at the workshop and provide details for payment by bank transfer. |
| Payment due day | If paying online, the workshop fee will be charged when payment is confirmed. If paying by bank transfer, the workshop fee must be paid by the due day included in the email or fax after registration. |
| Delivery of the material(s) | You will receive the material(s) at the venue on the event day. |

| Cancellation | To cancel your application, please email elt.japan@oup.com at least one week before the course start date. |
| Refund | In case of cancellation we will refund the workshop fee by bank transfer for those who paid by bank transfer or to a credit card for those who paid online. If we receive notice of cancellation at least one week before the workshop day the full workshop fee will be refunded. If you cancel less than one week before the workshop date we will only be able to refund part of the workshop fee as materials for each participant will already have been prepared. See below.

| Refund in case of cancellation of the course | In the event the course is cancelled because of weather, accident, strike (e.g. transportation etc), riot, illness of the instructor, or failure for registration to meet the minimum number of participants (x10) the full workshop fee will be refunded by bank transfer for those who paid by bank transfer or to a credit card for those who paid online. Please note if a substitute workshop is held, you will be able to participate in that substitute course without refund. |
