| Cancellation | To cancel your application, please email elt.japan@oup.com at least one week before the course start date. |
| Refund | In case of cancellation we will refund the workshop fee by bank transfer for those who paid by bank transfer or to a credit card for those who paid online. If we receive notice of cancellation at least one week before the workshop day the full workshop fee will be refunded. If we receive cancellation less than one week before the workshop start we will only be able to refund 50% of the workshop fee as materials for each participant will already have been prepared. |
| Refund in case of cancellation of the course | In the event the course is cancelled because of weather, accident, strike (e.g. transportation etc), riot, illness of the instructor, or failure for registration to meet the minimum number of participants (x10) the full workshop fee will be refunded by bank transfer for those who paid by bank transfer or to a credit card for those who paid online. Please note if a substitute workshop is held, you will be able to participate in that substitute course without refund. |
