Payment due day  Fee will be charged when payment is confirmed.
Out-of-pocket cost Participants shall be liable for transportation, accommodation or daily expenses such as meals relevant to attending this event.
Delivery of the product You will receive the book at the venue on the event day.
Cancellation To cancel your application, please email elt.japan@oup.com or call 03-5444-5454 by Wednesday, October 18th, 2017.
Refund In case of cancellation we will refund the admission fee to a credit card for those who paid online. If we receive notice of cancellation by October 18th, 2017, the full admission fee will be refunded. If we receive cancellation after October 19th, 2017, we will only be able to refund 50% of the admission fee as materials for each participant will already have been prepared.
Refund in case of cancellation of the event In the event the event is cancelled because of weather, accident, strike (e.g. transportation etc), riot, illness of the instructor, or due to the decision of OUP to cancel the event for any unforeseen reason, the full admission fee will be refunded to a credit card for those who paid online.
