| Refund | In case of cancellation we will refund the admission fee to a credit card for those who paid online. If we receive notice of cancellation by October 18th, 2017, the full admission fee will be refunded. If we receive cancellation after October 19th, 2017, we will only be able to refund 50% of the admission fee as materials for each participant will already have been prepared. |
| Refund in case of cancellation of the event | In the event the event is cancelled because of weather, accident, strike (e.g. transportation etc), riot, illness of the instructor, or due to the decision of OUP to cancel the event for any unforeseen reason, the full admission fee will be refunded to a credit card for those who paid online. |
